The lotus is a flower that carries great significance to Indian Hindus, who call it Kamala. The flower itself transitions from a closed bud state, to an open blossom, reflecting the expansion of a consciousness. Its symbolism is strengthened by the fact that, despite its location in water, it is never wet, and the fact that it blossoms and wilts, without attention to worldly surroundings. This represents the ideal human state of open giving of beauty, without attachment to the outcome. The earrings, set in 22k gold, and studded with 25 diamonds each, depict both the closed, expectant energy of the bud, and the open, fulfilment of the blossoming lotus. Enamel is hand-poured hot by our artisans in the Pink City of Jaipur.

The Kamala Earrings are crafted in Jaipur using 22k gold, and featuring hand-poured hot enamel so please allow a 4-8 week turn-around time for gold pieces made-to-order. Each piece is unique, which we believe is what gives it its beauty.

Your unique piece of jewellery by Cleopatra's Bling has been handmade using traditional jewellery techniques and exceptional materials.

As we hand craft each piece, slight variations are to be expected and are what make our designs one-of-a-kind.

Please be gentle with your treasures and do not apply lotions and perfume while wearing your gold plated pieces. Please avoid water when wearing gold plated jewellery.

Gold has a tendency to scratch, so extra care should be taken when wearing and cleaning to maintain quality and appearance.

Sterling silver that is worn regularly requires less care, so we encourage you to wear your silver treasures daily.

Orders will be dispatched bi-weekly using DHL domestic shipping. We are using DHL domestic in order to keep your jewellery safe and sound, but also because you have full control over delivery with the tracking number that is sent to you via email upon shipping.

Cleopatra’s Bling accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of order receipt, for store credit. Please contact a member of our team to begin the returns process.

This policy strictly excludes items to which a discount code has been applied, sale items, and items made-to-order or customised in any way, including all solid gold items.

Online purchases can only be returned for exchange via post, to the Cleopatra’s Bling Head Office.
