Once a year Etruscan devotees would visit the temple of Nortia, the Goddess of Fate and Chance. There they would place a nail in the wall of her domain, in a symbolic act of hope. They wished to pin down the fates and mark the passage of time. This desire for constancy is mirrored by the emerald with which the Nortia Ring is set. As a stone it represents clarity, communication, and consistency. The Nortia Ring is set with amethyst and emerald, which will - as it is a natural gem - differ slightly from ring to ring. It is handmade to order.

Hand crafted and individually cast to order in sterling silver. Olivia carves each piece from wax making each piece unique, which we believe is what gives it its beauty. Set by expert stone setters each stone is natural, untreated as well as traceable. Certified recycled sterling silver. Lead time: 6 weeks.

As we hand craft each piece, slight variations are to be expected and are what make our designs one-of-a-kind.

Please be gentle with your treasures and do not apply lotions and perfume while wearing your gold plated pieces. Please avoid water when wearing gold plated jewellery.

Gold has a tendency to scratch, so extra care should be taken when wearing and cleaning to maintain quality and appearance.

Sterling silver that is worn regularly requires less care, so we encourage you to wear your silver treasures daily.

Online purchases can only be returned for exchange via post, to the Cleopatra’s Bling Head Office.
