NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

Dear Customers,

These are difficult times for the planet as a whole, as we work together to deal with the current COVID-19 health crisis. First and foremost our priority is to protect the people we work with and love. We are happy to tell you that for now, orders should not be interrupted, and deliveries can continue as usual.

However, due to the need to practice social distancing, we have only one person working in dispatch at this time. For this reason, it may take us a little bit longer, on occasion, to send out your precious packages. We will never sacrifice either the care we take with bringing you these items, nor the safety of those we work with.

We really appreciate your patience as we work through this tough period together. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to email us.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Orders will be dispatched 2 times a week using DHL domestic shipping. We are using DHL domestic in order to keep your jewellery safe and sound, but also because you have full control over delivery with the tracking number that is sent to you via email upon shipping. 

Delivery is a flat rate of $20.00 AUD.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business week.

Domestic orders should be received within 1–4 business days for metropolitan areas from the date of shipping & 3–5 business days for rural areas from the date of shipping.

For Australian domestic orders please leave your phone number at check out. DHL will contact you via email with tracking information. If needed, DHL will contact you via phone.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders will be dispatched 2 times a week using DHL Delivery from our Melbourne headquarters.

Standard International Shipping is delivered within 3 - 10 business days from the date of shipping.

International delivery costs vary depending on region and will be calculated at checkout.

• Import taxes are unfortunately not our responsibility. Please find out this information before your order, because we cannot return orders based on unexpected taxations from your country. 

• We do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business week.

All International orders receive full tracking information, please leave your phone number at check out. If needed, DHL will contact you via both email and phone.
